Each Blue Moon order is carefully wrapped and sent out Monday–Saturday.
UK delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2–3 working days from dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — 1–2 working days from dispatch
International delivery
International orders are dispatched within 3 working days via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, depending on your destination.
Returns 🌙
We hope your Blue Moon piece feels just right. If it isn’t quite what you were looking for, you’re welcome to return it.
Please email hello.onceinabluemoon@gmail.com within 14 days and we’ll send you the return instructions and form.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Sale pieces are available for store credit only.
Once your return reaches us, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to reach your account.
As all of our pieces are handmade, hand-block printed or one-of-a-kind, little variations in colour, print and texture are part of their charm — not imperfections.
